This original artwork features the Trinity River Audubon Center, located on beautiful blackland prairie south of downtown Dallas.  Layers of collage were applied to a gallery style canvas, featuring local maps, print materials and news articles about Dallas and the Trinity River.  The oil painting that you see was created on top of the collage, so that the text and images in the background still show through.
