This is an original alcohol ink painting, matted to 11 x 14 and framed in blonde wood. Part of my newest series of abstracts, this painting is inspired by the dance of summer aspen leaves among the mountains near Taos, New Mexico. If you stand perfectly still, the midsummer colors seem to dance in the wind- perhaps in advance of an afternoon monsoon. Copic inks with gold and copper accents on Yupo fine art paper.
